A refund request was raised on 12th June and each time clear trip keeps asking me to wait. All promised timelines were breached and i have been paying interest on the money i paid on my credit card.
Trip id# [Protected]. RA#[Protected], I have spoken to various leads- Ruturaj, Harshal, Alia, Mario, Disha. The time and effort i have invested in trying yo get the money back is maybe equivalent if not more to the refund owed me.
I have provided all details required to the cleartrip customer service multiple times, but all i get is false timelines and no return updates. The phone calls have been long. This episode has caused me financial and mental stress to the extreme.
Cleartrip does not seem to care that more than double the time has passed from their refund timelines.
