I had booking from cleartrip in a hotel named delight norling retreat from 24 December 2021 to 27 December 2021 in darjeeling but when i reached i was denied checking and clear trip has no way to contact customer care, they dint give refund and nor did i get checkin after making complete payment.

Despite trying to call cleartrip multiple times they dint respond, neither is their online portal working, they just looted my money and left with no place to stay, i was with my family how can cleartrip do such fraud.
