Chocotown Is cheating customers by sending wrong cheaper items & not the actual items ordered on their website & paid for on cod. They use xpressbees for their COD orders & by the time a customer has paid & then opened the package it is shocking to see nothing that you have paid for is in the box but some cheaper items.
Next you immediately take pictures & try to reach them which is almost impossible -as their email I’d / customer support numbers mentioned on their website don’t exist.
On much probing their email I’d, Chocotown [PROTECTED]@gmail.com was found -where we mailed them pictures of the wrong items sent to us along with a request of either a refund or another delivery of the actual items which we had paid for but they are just evading & not resolving the matter.
They respond with - we are looking into the matter / we will send you tracking details of next order etc etc but actually they are just evading & doing nothing affirmative to resolve the problem.
This is straight forward-you charge customers for orders placed online - so you either deliver what you charge for or you initiate a refund. There is nothing to look into for the longest time.
Today’s day & age Chocotown cannot be allowed to get away with these unethical tactics. Strict action needs to be taken against these fraudulent websites who charge customers & don’t deliver.
They need to be penalised for online cheating customers.They have bad reviews where a lot of people have also mentioned their experiences with this fraudulent website.
This of-course we read after we also went through it too. Beware of Chocotown.
