I have purchased a headphone jack 3.5mm for my iphone 8 to be delivered to mangalore. Received the material on average time through Indian postal service. The address product received had no packaging and the product didn’t had any branding of apple.

It was a fake and more over it wasn’t in working condition. When I complained about it, they said there could have been a mistake in sending. We will replace it, you please post us the audio jack. I obeyed.

After receiving the material, they started giving me dates from every Monday to Monday. It went on for 2 months. Eventually after getting frustrated, i asked them to refund so that i can buy it locally.

They accepted that again and started giving dates from Monday to Monday. This been going since 3 weeks. I request for your Kind intervention and help me out in the case above.

This has been the case for many other when i looked in the google feedbacks. Their customer service is truly unprofessional. Please find the invoice attached along with the product picture with the low quality finish claimed to be apple.

I also have all the chats available of the same whatsapp which i can submit if required for your perusal.
