My father has taken medical insurance 6years before of Apollo Munich and father was paying premium from last six years recently he ported the policy to care health insurance he got admitted in hospital . Due to multiple organ failure we lost him.
Company denied the claim. For which I borrow funds from landlords & difficult to arrange funds. After paying so many premiums we haven't taken claims so far . If we are not eligible for claims then why they charging premium .
These companies making us fool . I need your support .we are in very miserable condition if they don't give claims why they charging premium.
