I have applied for takeover of my loan account. As per FC received in last month I processed further. after due date I had telephonic communication with that company person at that time they didn't informed me properly.

(I have call record what they told me at that time)exact procedure and all and after one month when I approached on last Friday that time also they not cleared properly

Now today my co applicant was there for final payment at that time they are telling that that was old FC and need apply again for updated FC and pressuring for this month EMI.

But as last month phone call conversation that company representative only told that will adjust in this FC only then now why they troubling me for new FC. As a customer I don't have that much knowledge about this but they knows everything then why they had not cleared me properly.

They committed for adjustment of previous FC only. in details they had not cleared. In case of any documents they are troubling a lot, taking too much time and telling this is company policy more than one month they wasted for getting FC only.
