Amount not credited to my account

Respected sir, I am A. Selvakumar and my A/c no. [Protected]in Canara bank. Perambalur. I deposited Rs.9300 in ATM machine on 24/02/2021. But the amount is not credited to my account.
The next day I gave the complaint letter the concern officer. He said that my amount will be credited within 15 days.
But I did not receive my amount back till now.
I requested to take a action for my complaint.
