CakesPortal.com: Cakes Portal No refund money while cakesportal cancelled order

I have purchased online cake from cakesportal.Com. Later they were not able to serve and order is cancelled.
Rs 500 paid online and cakesportal denying fir refund.
I received mail that they will refund money but still not refunded.
