I booked cab with Cabbazar provider but due to some personal reasons i had to cancel the cab. So i called them to cancel and refund the advance amount but they very rudely denied to refund the amount as per according to them the details of cab and driver was allocated.
But i repeatedly told them that it was not shared with me. I even sent them screenshots as a proof but they still didn’t refund it. I called them several times but every one talked rudely and nobody helped and i even wrote the mail to their customer support and but that was also of no use.
So i want to complainant against them so that they do not do this with other people. I have uploaded the images for the timings to be verified with first call to them and the email they sent to me.
I have called them at 3.04 pm to cancel and refund the amount and at that time i have received no mail regarding this and while i was talking to them for my refund they sent it at 3.09 pm purposely.
And even then they were blaming messenger channel and communication services. They are just here for people’s money and doesn’t care about their customers.
