Recently My Wife Online Register done in Byju's After One Byjus Employee or Executive I don't Know She is Name Bhavya She Taken Demo Class With us After she said Take This Order For Your Both Children need For our kids gap.
I said We don't need Without Mentor Came to Home After that She Said Take Trail pack Student mother Take Care of this after that also You Don't like your Paid Amount 5000 Refund to You after We placed the Order we received Tab with Study material We said We don't like it.
Please Cancel the Oder if 15 Days Completed then Will not Refund Amount My Time is Over No one Response in Byjus Customer Care Also initiated But they are said Your under Cancellation only required one verification done Hold on Call.
We will connect our team after one hr wait also no one connect our lines are busy Hold on Call like that saying every time something repeat i am literally fed of this management.
Please help out I need justify From Bhavya and His Management

After Placed Order When received Material (Tab and Study Material on that day onwards Start the Trail Period i mean 15 Days. From Byjus Management i Need My refund Amount With double amount They are doing Fraud Business Next time We not to anybody.
