I Want To Cancel My Admission Due To Poor Performance

Sir,
This is to inform you that i have been trying to contact with my mentor since many days. But even after repeated calling, all i listen is "press 1 for the call back". I've done it several times but got no calls back!
I don't understand the procedure for the queries and phone calls with the prescribed mentors. So it is my sincere request to you that please appoint new mentors for me or ask my mentor to contact with me.
I am not satisfied with this course but they are not ready for cancelling my course. They are speaking very rude i need to cancel my admission and refund my amount.
