Course cancellation and money refund

I have purchased Byju's course of class 11th and 12th + NEET due to financial problems I want to return it, so my parents talked to the counselor but he refused to do so and manipulated them. Then I sent a mail the Byju's support as well as Byju's cancellation ID but we got no response.
Then I talked with the mentor and said about my issues and want to return it and get refund but she started laughing and ask to talk with my father, he too said the same thing and the she asked us to send some documents to the mail we have sent to her but no use, they are not responding at all. Please help me and cancel my subscription in Byju's and refund my full money no matter what.
Very disappointed by Byju's.

Byjus is one of chor company working in india.motto of company is to manuplate customers with showing kids bright future in study.parents easily grab because all parents want their kids bright future.thus parents put himself in trapping of byjus. The co only make money by cheeting the people .I request the govt.to take necessary legal action against the company..

Main 62000 ka subscription liya tha cancel nahi kr rahe hai mn krta hai unki maa chod de magar kr kya sakte kuch nahi so main soch Raha hu q na IAS banane k baad enki ma bahen sb chod denge. Thanks

Hamne IAS ka classes li thi but hame 15 din me return krna tha tab se customer care or email pr try kar rhe kahi se contact nhi ho rha hai
Hamne IAS ka classes li thi but unhone keval tablet program diya bolne par bol rhe hai ki apki itna hi milega 85000 ka 2 year ka subscription liya tha
