I got a call from Work Iconic company and i signed an agreement for data entry work from home they provide me id and password and then after 5 days they block my id and asked me to pay 4000 amt to unblock the id so i paid them the amt and now today they again block my id asked me 8000 for purchasing new id which i paid them and after that they stop my salary and asked me pay 16000 to complete the work and to get the salary....

Actually I applied for the job from home on LinkedIn. one day I got a message on WhatsApp and also a call from a company. they asked me for an interview ans said nothing that girl name was HR Raaj she told me to bring resume also.

Next day I went there with my friend. then a girl named Taara was sitting in her cabin asked me about my name, my qualifications only nothing than that. then she explained me the work which is very easy and simple as a postgraduate I can do that easily.

After that she asked me to pay an amount of rupees 5000 first to start a job which is refundable only 1000 rupee can't be refunded. then she said that an agreement will be send to you, you have to read that and reply with i accept.

In the evening I got the email from them. The agreement was totally opposite nothing was discussed at the time of interview and payment of fee. All the rights were in their hands.

Then I realised that its a scam they are making money from lots of innocent people. Its a fraud totally fraud.they have no registered website no Limited behind the name of the company. its a big fraud. we need help....

I have applied for data entry work from home jobs and submitted work as well. During the time of salary companies asked me to pay refundable amount. But after taking amount they didn't paid me back any thing not even salary.

Faced this with 3 companies. Need my money as well salary back....

I am recently searching for work from home due to Covid and yes after applying regularly a lady contacted me through whatsapp but I clearly said before I won't give any registration fees.

She said no I don't need to pay but if I quit the job within 7 days I will have to pay penalty fees so I knew I won't quit if I get a job so she just took my aadhar card and name and my number for some verification.

And after that her boss in her words called me and said the same thing but I agreed but after that day they didn't call me or whatsapp me to explain my job role nor they gave me any login ID or password.

And suddenly today 11 Sep 2021 I saw in my email and whatsapp a legal notice stating I have to pay penalty fees as I didn't do the work and even a man claiming to be an advocate who sent me the text and email called me and said that he would send arrest warrant.

And I would have to go to the court and all those things which a fraud says to take money by making fools so I also said whatever you can do you are most welcome to do.

And I have attached a photo below of the whatsapp legal notice pic that he send me through watsaapp. And according to them I would have to pay as I quited but I didn't even start the work. I want you all to take a strict action please....

I can provide the bank details and name phone number of the person.. quite unfortunate job seekers loss their hard earn money.. and those frauds are using government website to lure innocent educated unemployed youngster. Even myself aplied but later realise they were frauds.

The person sent me details about the job and also sample for my work at the beginning.
Later approved me for the work asked me for some amount as registration. Since it was noticed on the government website without any second thought i sent the money.. then they asked me for another sum of money again.

If we can give feedback about the employer in the ncs website., That would be better in the future.. i think there are more fraudulent job notices than genuine job notices.. mistakenly i deleted the chats. But i have the details of sending money as well and the screenshot from ncs website about the job.

Could have been better if job notices are genuine cross checked by government agencies.. we are really new in this area and very unfortunate. Not only me several other will loss money. ...

I got call from data entry company for online data entry job and asked to pay 1000 for project file if unable to do means they will refund. I paid and and got some paragraph images to type in word document. But images was not clear.

So I asked for refund but they asked to pay for project cancellation fee of 4000 and I paid. Again next day they called and asked to pay for GST and processing fee and I paid that also. They said they will proceed refund. But if I call them they not answering....

Again he asked for 6999 for deposit but I didn't send him. ...

Iam getting legal notices for breaching and violating the terms and conditions. They have my recording in which I am just saying.. Got my aadhar card copy. Saying I took work on 14 may and dint complete, so after 2 days i have to present to gujarat court. Moreover the advocate name is Adv. Ravi Desai by whom i got the letter.

A week back i got a same typed letter but this time some other Adv. They have been Harassing me daily through calls and messages. Section 420 , 73,,73,75 etc. These type of legal terms they using against me. They have taken away my peace. Iam into depression now. Cant concentrate in anything.

Sir I am a teacher by profession. I sent the adhar card and talked to them in good faith. They recorded my conversation and sent it to me for the proof. We know its lockdown going on we looking for jobs but they are playing with us.

I urge you please to take stern action against these people before I do something with myself coz its really torchering. ...
