BSNL: Message for UPC Code in failure every time.

I am using BSNL at present i.e. [Protected]. I am trying to PORT it into Airtel. Type message for getting UPC Code is always failure while I have balance and validity as well.
I have made call to Customer care but no solution from there. Once I was on waiting for appx 1 Hour and I hanged up call after irritating Waiting. After that again I call back to customer care and he told me to send message after some time it will send. I also tried that but not send. Today, I also tried to call but he hanged up phone from customer care side. All other messages are being sent successfully but PORT [Protected]on 1900 is always failure.

BSNL forcing for 147 recharge to port out. Why bsnl wants me to pay 147 to get out of shitty network. They didn't reward me by 147, why they are asking Money. # BoycottBsnl
