I had placed an order for a tshirt on March 27, 2022 with an instagram store called "Brand Vintage". I had made the payment of Rs. 580 via google pay. After months of badgering them with texts, I finally received a parcel on May 06, 2022 - only to get the wrong product that looks very ugly and is useless to me.

I know the amount of Rs. 580 may not seem like a lot, but it is a significant amount for a college student like me who has to work hard and do running internships alongside college.

The problem does not stop here - I subsequently reached out to several other people who have ordered from the page, and all of them have faced similar issues. Another complaint on this forum titled "SuperBasics.co Reviews & Complaints: Fraud Of Money; Super Basics" (https://complaintroom.in/superbasics-in-fraud-of-money-c31952#c26339) talks of the same issue.

They are committing mass fraud and fooling multiple customers. I can only imagine the amount of money they would have made by now at the cost of innocent consumers. Look at this instagram page - https://www.instagram.com/brandvintage.in_scam_/

The person running the page is - Chiranjeev Pegu. His number is given in the attached image. They need to be stopped immediately. I request that this complaint be taken seriously and an expedited review be conducted. Thank you!
