Bonito Designs: Not Getting Delay Compensation And Refund

Bonito Design has confirmed me on mail to pay back 75k on account of delay in project handover and reimbursement of parts which they missed out but had charged me in quotation. Project is handed over by june end and till date they have not released my payment. every time they ask for 15 days time to process.
