I have ordered Boat Bluetooth headphones 255 Pro Navy Blue and Ocean Green but I received the worst and cheapest Bluetooth headphones and sound quality is also very worst.

The product which you have shown is completely different from the product which you have delivered. In the website we can see the products very beautiful but didn't expected that we will receive this much worse one.

So I want to return the product and I want my Refund money back. I tried to contact the customer care but that is also not available. I called many times to official number of Metox India but they are not lifting the call and sometimes it is switched off.

I have checked in return policy also there I can see that we need to drop mail to metoxinfo.com for return/refund. So 4 days back I have wrote an email also for return to metoxinfo.com but I didn't received any response till now.

In the website it is mentioned that 7 days money back guarantee but it's been 4 days I dropped the mail about return/refund request but till now I didn't received any response from the team. Please take the product back and return my amount.
