This is Simanta Bhattacharjee. Today i.e 7th Feb 2022 I ordered a flower bouquet from bloomsvilla which was to be delivered to Guwahati today itself and they promised to get it delivered.
And this was a prepaid deal. So I paid. The amount was 540 rs. But now it is showing that it'll get delivered today. So I tried to contact them but couldn't reach. So I tried various ways to contact and I went to Instagram to text them.
There I saw a whole lot of people were commenting on their post complaining about not getting their order and it's a total scam and they were never given the refund. So I guess many people has given cyber crime complaint against them and I hope my problem get solved and I get my refund.
Please help me with it. Help me get my refund. Thank you.
