I had placed an order on 17th December 2021 for few products shown in website and made a payment online. I did receive order (No.#194097) confirmation but now it's over a month and there's neither delivery of goods nor any communication from the company.

I have been trying to contact them by email (which is only mode of contact shown on their website) but there is no progress there as well. Surprisingly, they are not replying even to the mail. Now, I need either a refund or delivery within a week.
