Refund of profit club unspent balance

Big bazar ,retail outlet arm of future retails had started issuing membership srvices called big bazar profit club membership and card is issued for one yr in which you can shop for rs 1000 every month .All of a sudden bigbazar operations are closed in feb 22 without any declaration or notice and my amount opaid to big bazar is stuck up.
