Ref: (i) Big bazaar Membership Card no. [Protected], (ii) Email of submission of all supporting for refund as informed by Big Bazaar Customer care. With reference to the above mentioned subject, I Aashvitt Singh Bakshi want to take refund of Big bazaar Membership Card no. [Protected]of Rs. 10000.
It was really a very bad experience with Big Bazzar because Reliance has acquired the Big Bazzar Shop with Material as per their Agreement. There was no any information given by Big bazaar to the Members who have faced many problems in purchasing the necessary things from last Feb 2022 onwards.
The unused amount available in my cards has to be refunded in my mentioned ICICI Bank account no. details submitted to Customer Care Email: [PROTECTED]@bigbazaar.com But now they are not excepting the Email and Email is automatically goes on rejected.
As no refund response is coming from Big Baazar customer care. This is the fraud with customers and advance payments has been action of customers and run away from market.
This is the responsibility of authorities by law to take action. I have requested many times telephonically and through mail but no refund has been processed. I am a student and it's my hardest money.
The refund of balance amount of Profit Club - Membership card of Rs. 10000 may be send to my bank account and necessary action to be taken.
