Refund needed for membership card

Hi team
I had taken enrollment in big bazaar membership card of rs. 10000 on October 2021. They will give me 12000 balance for 12 months. I have used the card for 4 months and there is still 6000 balance left in it. Now all big bazaar stores are closed and their customer care number and email ids also not functioning. I had also placed complaint by email on 1st may 2022. But no response received yet. I tried different email id om web but no response from anyone. Here is my card [Protected]and there it show balance of 8000. Please see my concern and help me with the refund. thank you.
