I am sumit mittal from new delhi. I used to shop from big bazaar regularly with their profit club card. Because of the closure of their stores i was not able to shop from my nearby store, so i decided to cancell my cards. I had cancelled my two profit club cards of big bazaar on 10 march 2022 from their vasant kunj store in new delhi which was open and was told that i will get my refund of around 10000 rupees in 15-20 days.

Today 11 april till date i have not received my refund, also they are not giving any fix date at which refund would be processed. I have called them so many times but everytime they tell me that you would surely get your refund but not giving any proper date. I had cancelled my two cards in which i had cash balance of around 5000 rupees each from big bazaar retail store of vasant kunj, new delhi. I had asked them to reopen my cards if they are not processing my refund at this time and let me do the shopping, but they are not doing that also.

I have to spend extra and shop from other shops for my daily grocery needs. Please take my complaint and get it resolved asap.
