Payment not refunded

I am Muskan Golani staying in Nashik .Few months back I had purchased the profit club card from big bazaar .After the closing of Big Bazaar I have not got the refund. My balance is RS 10,000.
Its been very long Big bazaars have closed down but till today i.e 22 nd May I have not got my moneyback . I am worried about my money .I am very tensed about my money.
I had just used it once. and right now there are none of your stores open in Nashik .I even went to Mumbai to see if any of your stores are open. But none of your stores were open. Neither I am able to contact you as your mailbox is full and phone line is always busy. So I request you to refund me my money as soon as possible.
