Big Bazaar had taken out a scheme whereby customers could deposit Rs.10,000/- upfront and they were provided a monthly limit of Rs.1000/- for purchases in 12 instalments.
Accordingly, I had made a deposit of Rs.10,000/- in profit club card no [Protected]at Big Bazaar Outlet at Lake Mall, Kolkata, and was provided a limit of Rs.12000/-.

I had utilised an amount of Rs.7809.06/- for my various purchases and balance was lying in my card account which was Rs.4190.94/-. However due to Corona pandemic there was a lock-down due to which I couldn’t utilise the balance in the card. Moreover my orders were cancelled and the company failed to provide the products.

Which I intended to purchase. Subsequently the company forfeited my balance amount at the height of the pandemic (April-May’2021) without giving any further time for utilising the same.

Prayer: restore my original balance amount of Rs.4190.94/- to enable me to utilise it for my purchases or refund back the amount to my bank account . Also penalise the firm for taking such illogical decision in covid time when the entire world is coping and helping each-other. In such trying time they are trying to make unjust profit.
