Hi! I recently got the Big Bazaar profit club card. The employee said if a payment of 10k is done 12 k would be added to the account and each month we can redeem an amount of 1000 in each of our purchase.

Also the employee said we can place orders through Future pay Big Bazaar app. So we purchased the card. But the month of march we found that the store is shutdown permanently in our area.

So we tried to make purchases through Online future pay app and the big bazaar section says it under maintenance. So now the amount of 10k is stuck and we tried contacting the customer care multiple times there are no response and no reply to the mails too.

We heard that reliance has taken over the Big Bazaar firm so we don't know if this 10000 could be ever used or will be refunded. We kindly request you to look into the issue and make a refund of the payment or Atleast let us use the card in the upcoming reliance store.
