NON REFUND AFTER A MONTH OF CANCELLATION

I had cancelled my Profit club on 23 March 2022 at Dehradun ISBT outlet but till date no refund yet. I was first cheated into believing that i can shop for 12000 paying 10000 and later after making it they told me it will be 1000 monthly not disclosing it is monthly.
Now after outlets are getting closed i hurriedly cancelled my card and thought refund will be smooth. But told account of Big bazaar are sealed and if merger happens then refund will be processed.
Now i request help to get my refund of 7000 rs pending.
