I am suppose to get a refund of 6000 for my profit card, its been 3 months now, no emails are getting delivered, no calls are getting connected to big bazar. I don't have any idea where to go and complaint, 6000 rs. matters a lot to me.

I really need someone to help me and guide me through. i really need guidance on how can i get my money back, its been more than 2 and half months we have really struggled to get this refunded.

Can someone please help us to get this sorted, all the big bazar stores are closed.
