Dear sir,
I have purchased the big bazaar profit club card of worth 10100 on 22 July 2021 at big bazaar stores ameerpet ( please find statement proof of payment ) from then to till now i have got 6000 rupees into my future pay wallet for which i have did shopping in big bazaar stores of worth 4000 once in the kukatpally store.

And thrice in the ameerpet store. remaining 2000 was there in my wallet and the balance 4000 was supposed to credit into my wallet for the further shopping as per the profit club sceam.

But now all of sudden all the big bazaar stores are closed and my profit club card also delinked automatically from the future pay app with out any prior intimation. I have tried to relink my card its not happening even websites also not opening since then.

Even i have tried to talk at the stores the staff their saying that now its been changed to smart bazaar and all the old staff also not there. Even i tried to call the big bazaar customer care which is not being answered.

So Please look into this matter to refund my balance 6000 rupees please do justice for me thank you sir.
