Big bazzar Membership Card no. [Protected]of Rs. 10000. It was really very bad experience with Big Bazzar. Reliance had acquired the Big Bazzar. There was no any information given by Big bazzar to the Members of profit club.

Advance payment was taken by big bazaar. Because I had purchased Two advance payment cards of Rs. 10000. suddenly without any intimation Big Bazaar had run away from market and complaint had been given to big bazaar customer care.

They told that to send details of cards with cross cheque for payment. All details send for necessary action. But now they are also not responding. now I am facing many problems in getting my money back of two cards .of Rs. 10000 each.

Big Bazzar Customer care is also not responding and receiving my complaints. No reply coming on Email. I am in loss of approximate 20000.

1. I have enclosed the Scanned Copy of PAN Card as ID.
2. I have enclosed the Scanned Copy of Cancelled cheque ICICI Bank Gurgaon account no. [Protected]
3. I have enclosed the Scanned Copy of Membership Card no. [Protected].

The un used amount available in my cards has to be refund in my mentioned Axis Bank Gurgaon account. Please refund the Membership Card amount in my above mentioned Axis bank account and take necessary action at the earliest.
