My credit card billing cycle is from 1st to 30/31st and bill generate on next day i.e. on 1st of every month. So on same day i pay my bill in full amount and clear my bill due amount.

But now on 1 May, 22 i already paid my bill Successfully still bharatpe had not updated and they charged me penalty and interest. I have all proof also have call recordings of bharatpe customer support.

And have strong proof i.e. from bharatpe app we can check the details of all past bills in that in details we can check billing cycle and payment history. As i mentioned that i already paid my credit card bill than why bharatpe are charged me penalty and daily compounding interest.

Now just imagine in India how many are using bharat pe card and from their how much fake penalty and interest are taking from each person. This is the very big issue and that's why i want to take a legal action against bharatpe co.

I am getting calls from bharatpe credit card team that to pay interest amount and when ask them to check and tell me when and how much bill amount generated of April month than they told me 25061 rs.

From 1st to 30th April bill. After that i had asked them to check when and how much amount i have paid last then they checked and told me that i have paid 25061rs on 1st may 22 then how they can charge me int.?

When the total bill amount was already cleared.
