I had a order from bewakoof.com which i had to return due to larger size unavailability. On the 9th sep 2021 a delivery executive from shadowfax came to my address he asked whether i had a bewakoof replacement without mentioning the name or anything.i handed him over the return parcel.

When asked for the pickup pin and message he said that due to network issues at times u don't receive it he took the parcel from the address and did not update anything. Now my roommate who was out of town also had a return from the same site bewakoof.com by mistake.

I handed over my return parcel to the delivery executive from shadowfax who came to pick up my roomates parcel due to miscommunication. Now after several attempt there is no supports from the both the sites. And shadowfax delivery is directly denying the fact.

I have all the details of a shadowfax delivery executive coming to my address on that day because the message and the pick up code came to my roomates number.
