Money cut to my account but not refund till now 5000 ruppee

Dear sir
My name is Sandeep Kumar Soni I am the customer of Bank of India Bijnor and my account number is [Protected]. Due to some wok I have go to prayagraj and try to withdraw 5000 amount by bank of india atm to SBI ATM machine.
In my transduction money not to come atm machine but 5000 amount cut to bank account and not to refund me till now .I have done online complain as well as branch complain in written but nothing happen. So plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
