I received a call from a no. [Protected]on 0[Protected]asking for my registered mobile no. with the card. After that an amount of Rs. 38,000/- debited from my credit card. I contacted axis bank customer care to block my card but nobody responded the call. I called them several times but nobody responded. From that day onwards axis bank is pressurizing me to pay the whole amount with fine i.e amounting to Rs. 49,000/-(approx). Whenever I am asking them why they did not responded to my call that day, they are telling me to go to their Office to settle the issue as they will give me some discount in order to pay the amount. I told them as I did not spend the money, I will not go for any settlement.
In view of the above, it is requested to do the needful in order to get proper justice.
