Balance Deduction And Statement Was Missing

I have credited 5000 rupees in my account and i got the balance only 4368 now i have one question where is my rest money. And bank has given me no statement regarding this one. I m frustrated and i want solution.
Why bank are so irresponsible for this kind of behaviour. Bank customer some time said we have registered a complaint against this. And some time tell us there is no any issue in your balance sheet.
