Apple.com Reviews & Complaints: Deliverying wrong product to customer and then not refunding amount

I purchased apple watch 6 cellular version from apple website and they sent me Gps version of the watch. When asking for replacement or refund they are not processing anything. I have been on hold for over a month now from them. I have been in touch with executive named Sarah but she has not been helpful even 1% just keeps bailing on me.

The only problem from my end was i purchased it and did not see if it was correct product. I never expected apple would make such a mistake.But these tech companies showing their monopoly and playing with customer money they can do anything. Trusting wrong people.
