Non Delivery of Household Material from Amlai/Shahdol to Gurgaon Loaded in Vehicle No MP20GB2487. I have contacted to Mr. Mithlesh Yadav owner of Angli Packers and Movers for shifting of my Household from Amlai(Shahdol) to Gurgaon as on 07/04/2022 along with others service providers.
Finally as I have Moved to Gurgaon due to change of my Job. I have choose him for my household shifting as on 29/04/2022 paid 30 percent Amount of INR 12900/- as booking Amount for confirmation of Booking for Shifting of Household as on 03/05/2022 and committed to me that household will be delivered in 2 days in separate vehicle.
He send Vehicle No. MP20GB2487 as on 03/05/2022 For loading of Vehicle and household packed and Loaded as on 03/05/2022 and provided Bilty/packing list and I have paid Balance Payment 70 Percent of INR 30100/- as per terms of Quotation provided.
I have wait till 07/05/2022 and I have called him in evening and made enquiry that when the delivery will be made and he responded that vehicle will be reached on 08/05/2022, in Morning of 08/05/2022 I called him for follow-up of vehicle and he not responded satisfactory.
And said that I will share contact No. of other person to whom I need to be contacted for follow up of vehicle and he shared contact No. of Mr. Amit Mob. No. [Protected]then I contacted to Mr. Amit for Follow up of vehicle.
And he responded that vehicle still not released and your household lying at our Godown at Jabalapur as Mr. Mithlesh Yadav had not released full payment and said that your material will be sent when he get full payment from Mr. Mithlesh Yadav.
I have made a lot of calls to Mr. Mithlesh from 08/05/2022 time 10.26 AM till date for follow-up of vehicle and delivery of household loaded from Amlai (Shahdol) and he is not responding any call in last five days.
since I am unable to track My household Loaded from Amlai/shahdol hence I am making complaints against Mr. Mithlesh Yadav for delivery of my household safely and compensate to me against my waste of time and inconvenience caused.
1. Mr. Mithlesh Yadav owner of Angli Packers and Movers having contact No. [Protected]/[Protected]is the person to whose booking was given as on 29/04/2022.
2. Mr. Amit of Jabalpur having contact No. [Protected]is person to whom Mr. Mithlesh Yadav have sub-contact the Job of household shifting from Amlai to Gurgoan.
3. Mr. Durgesh is person having contact No. [Protected]who come for Packing and Loading of Vehicle as on 03/05/2022.
4. Vehicle No. MP20GB2487 arrived as on 03/05/2022 at Amlai/Shahdol for Loading of Household material.
