I order monopoly ultimate banking in anassouq my order id is 168658. i received the product but product is not as per description as mentioned in the website so i ask for return through email, whatsapp and chat in the website.

But they told in these condition cant able to return so i agree and open that game while i open and check cover one speed die is missing. I submit proof but no responses. i what to return or exchange.
