Ordered 3 items on 31st Dec 2021 for Dinning table, coffee table and nested table for which delivery was promised/committed in writing in 20 days. When the delivery did not happen in 2 months, we started following up.

The "next week next week" chapter started after 2 months and went on till next 2 months. Every Tuesday girish would say delivery will happen on weekend and on weekend he will say on Tuesday.

Meanwhile Coffee table was delivered in 2 installments (Wrong Product/Different Colour). When we objected, they said use it for now, and he will get it replaced in a weeks time, which has not happened in last 2 months.

Order of other 2 product were cancelled by us and they eventually refunded in few weeks. But now again since few weeks, the promised replacement has not happened.

Only thing Girish is good at is promising, and then defaulting. Girish, don't avoid calls and make that replacement happen immediately. Invoice No: 930. Product is of good quality, no doubt about it.

But the delivery has to happen in order to enjoy the benefits. 1.34 Lacs was paid on 1st Jan 2022 and if order is not delivered for 4-5 months against promised 20 days, then it is fraud and not logistics mismanagement.
