Hello this is RB PATEL PO from Indian Navy raising complaint against amazon, I have ordered sleepX dual comfort mattress 6 inch king bed size on 29 April 2022 but it was cancelled due to the mistake of amazon staff.

I talk to Amazon customer care on 30 April 2022. Amazon told me to re order the same product and we will pay you the pay difference of the same items. Shahin R, shubharaj and one other staff from Amazon told me that your items is delivered on 3rd may 2022 and window of the product will be closing only on 13 may.

So you call to amazon on 14 may we pay you the pay difference of the same items. I called today on 14 may 2022 to Amazon customer where I talk to Laxmi and pratyasha and now both of amazon staff telling that we will not pay the pay difference.

Inspite of promising to the pay difference of my items people amazon staff are denying to pay now. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible. amazon cheated me. I m really not happy with Amazon customer care.

They telling lie then where I can go. I have only one left which consumer court. This is my humble request please short out my issue as soon as possible. I know what are my fundamental rights and my constitution.

I believe in consumer court of they will definitely help me and take out me from there. Jai hind.
