I bought a crocs slippers from Amazon worth Rs 2365 the order has size issue so i raised a return request the same day the order was delivered. No one came to pick the order on scheduled date, I waited for sometime then called the customer care that the pickup is not yet done.

They raised a ticket and scheduled another pickup. Someone cane to pick the order but didn't updated the website for pickup, after sometime it was updated to item picked up and refund will be processed.

For a month no refund was provided so I called customer care again they said they have raised a ticket for it. Still nothing happened, I called again and then they said no refund will be provided as the item is not what was sent.

I raised so many complaints now the order was picked up and now they refused to pay back. I tried reaching customer care multiple times they were so rude and passed on the call to different persons and then they say we wont provide anything.

I even tried to tell them to send the order back so that I can check what was changed in the order but they stopped responding to any further emails or phone calls.
