I have ordered a mobile on 8th may and i am prime member in amazon they promised that they will deliver the item on 10th so on 10th i did not received my order i have contacted customer.
They said due yo some external factors it is getting delayed and it is rescheduled on 11th on this day also they are saying the sme thing which was said on 10th they are not giving any information about delivery.
I have been waiting from 2days at home to receive my order till now i haven't received yet. And my communication was disturbed at work place. I could not make any wallet payment and they are imposing fines on me for late.
They i called to the customer service they keep on repeating the same dialogue every time every day when i called and they are giving details of wrong delivery agent were that man is not assigned to my location.
