I have order item on 16th March 2022, order was not as accepted so I have raised return request with them. They have said you will receive same item first then u can raise again return and refund request.

I did the same the way they said. From then to now i have raised 5 times return request for this particular item but still not one picked that item. Trust me for raising request i need to go on Amazon then chat with them n then they raised request and there was no action.

Each and every time they said tomorrow sure your item will be picked. But no one and there no response. I have followed many times but still item is not picked. Feeling helpless.

Attaching some of recent chat where seller has left the chat 3 times by saying technical issue. And then mentioned item will be picked surely on 9th may 2022 but same problem.

Please find attached chat details. I have invoices also. let me know if more details required will help on the same. Need urgent assistance on this as this pending from 16March 2022.
