I have received a damaged product on [Protected]. I raised for an exchange of the product. On [Protected]Amazon picked up the damaged product but did not deliver the exchange product and the pickup was also not recorded in the app.On complaining to customer care I got no response regarding delivery so I requested them to refund the money however they haven't. On 9th April the delivery person came home and contacted me again asking for order details which I shared. Please find attached the conversation I had with contact details of such person.
