I have ordered an item (electric Drill) from amazon and it was supposed to deliver by May 5th. I didn't received the item on May 5 but item marked as delivered on May 5 in amazon mobile application.

When I contacted customer care they said its a mistake from their side and they said it will get delivered by May 6. But today (May 6) its is not delivered. When i contacted the customer care today (May 6), they are asking me to wait for more days and they refused to refund my money.

I am paid amazon prime member and per the subscription they are supposed to deliver the product on time, which they failed and they are now refusing to pay the refund. Kindly take necessary action on this issue.
