First Order of 69990/- placed on - 10th April 2022 (Order ID - [Protected]) with exchange but they accepted exchange but denied to receive exchange device at time of delivery and I had to pay 9500 extra for because of it.

They delivered screen broken device. I returned the device and asked for replacement because I needed the phone for myself badly. They proceed for replacement and again delivered screen scratched device on 22nd April.

I again requested them for replacement but they proceed for return by end of April 2022. But I was in need of phone and I trusted them again and just after fresh launch of Redmi Note 12 Pro I ordered the same ( [Protected]) on 1st May 2022 with exchange of my old Redmi Note 8 pro with exchange value of INR 13329/- (In body defective option).

Delivery boy came today to deliver the phone and when we were processing he said that there is no option of delivery defective in exchange. He cancelled the order and left for other deliveries without understanding what I am going through from last one month.

I approached customer support of Amazon over call, they are saying they cannot arrange delivery today because it got failed. I will have to wait for more days. They are accepting that it's their mistakes.

It's completely fault of Amazon that if they are mentioning the exchange amount with specific body defect then at time of delivery why they are refusing to proceed. I completely take this as a fraud and mental Harassment with customer that whenever new phones launch they give offer to make people put their money on Amazon platform but they never intent to deliver the item.

And after offer they know very well that customer will surely buy the same product in high price. My time is very important and Amazon has made my life and time he'll from last one month.

They snatched my money for flexing on their platform and when the buzz became high they ditched the customer like us. It's a completely mental harassment. I need justice I need compensation I need punishment to culprit of the company for this kind of fraud and behaviour.
