I ordered one item named paper boat promogranade juice for my sick family members. They have mentioned to me to deliver within 30 April to 2nd may. Till date i have not received it yet the seller send me messages two days that the delivery sas not done because i was not at home.
And when I'm trying to call the seller not available. Me and my family was and are available 24x7. When i call customer service representative they mentioned that the delivery date was from 30 April to 4th may, for a moment i am ready to agree for being sake of the item.
But still they asked me to wait for another 5 days to see if the delivery was going to done or not. I asked for the compensation they said they will not give anything because it's still in time.
I am writing this complaint details on 5th of may. I want justice for everyone who faced this kind of things and want compensation and resolution.
