I have order purchased 0[Protected]apple airpods pro in Amazon.in airpod delivery [Protected]cash on delivered to courier man 5.22 pm and I make a video unboxing but unfortunately open the courier box.

And I give a fake airpod I am verified apple airpod but showroom was saying a fake product and do not give a warranty and guaranty I am contact a amazon customer care but customer care do not solve my problem please help customer form.
