As i have ordered a product from the amazon and i just received the wrong product, so i requested the refund by returning the wrong product i have received, but as of now it has been many days i handed the wrong product received by me to the pick up agent and till now my refund is not processed and completed.
So, i just contacted the Amazon customer support and asked about my refund status, but now they are saying that we have not received the correct product, so we can't issue refund to you, but how can i send the correct product as i have received the wrong product that's why only i have returned the product.
As, customer support just said that we can't help you further in this issue, so i was having no other option to make a complain here as it is my hardworking earnings and i have not received the refund, so please help me in this in regards.
Hoping to get a response soon with a better resolution from your side and thank you for giving us a platform to report our any online issue or fraud, please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.
