Fake Products Sold By Amazon India

Bought a kids bicycle. Within 2weeks parts started breaking. Useless product Sold by Amazon India. Informed the same n requested a return n refund. Told return window closed.
Whats d point of keeping the product if it doesn't serve the purpose. bought it for 2300/- simply waste. I tried conveying n convincing customer care simply saying return window closed not without even understanding the problem.
Just concentrating how to sell the products. Not bothered whether the products are of good quality r if serving the purpose. we just rely on the ratings. Based on that purchased the product. Very disappointing. Need to buy a new one again.
